Note: Orders that contain more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, based on the individual item.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.

The policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
